Tim Heffernan is the Chair of BEING Mental Health Consumers, the NSW peak body for people with lived experience. He is a prominent advocate for consumer rights and co-design in mental health services. His work is informed by his own lived experience, driving his focus on ensuring that consumer perspectives are embedded at all levels of policy, service design, and governance.
